OrderDesk was born from a simple observation: small and medium manufacturers are running their entire production on paper, Excel, and tribal knowledge — while enterprise ERP systems cost more than their annual profit. We decided to build something different.

Why We Built OrderDesk
We spent years working inside manufacturing operations. We saw the same problems everywhere:

We started building OrderDesk with a clear target: the 10-200 person manufacturer who needs real production management but cannot justify enterprise ERP. We focused on what actually matters: work orders, reporting, inventory, and the unique insight that scrap is revenue.
Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform Goes Live
OrderDesk launched as a complete multi-tenant SaaS platform with 8 core modules, WeChat mini-program for workers, live shop floor dashboard, scrap revenue management, private sale prevention, and full platform admin backend. First customers deployed in 60-90 days with measurable ROI.
